How do I restore my Pro purchase on a new device?

Open Chrooma, go to Settings, and tap Restore Purchases. Your Pro unlock is tied to your Apple ID and will be restored automatically. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.

How do I turn off analytics?

Go to Settings in the app, find the Privacy section, and toggle Usage Analytics off. When disabled, no usage data is sent. Analytics are fully anonymous even when enabled — see our privacy policy for details.

Does the app work offline?

Yes. All color tools, challenges, and saved palettes work without an internet connection. A network connection is only needed for purchase validation and optional analytics.

How do I delete my data?

Your data lives on your device. To delete it, go to Settings, scroll to the Data section, and tap Clear All Data. Alternatively, you can delete the app entirely. To also delete server-side anonymous records, email chroomacolors@gmail.com and we will locate and remove your data.

How do I extract colors from a photo?

Open the Color Picker and select the Photo tab. From there you can Take Photo (on iOS) or Choose from Gallery to load an image. Tap anywhere on the image to pick individual colors, or tap Extract Palette to automatically pull the dominant colors. Photos are processed entirely on your device and are never uploaded.
